Cooking and eating wild

The culinary adventure at the foot of the Făgăraș Mountains.

Join the finest foraging and cookery chef in the Țara Făgărașului area, specialising in adventures in wild food, foraging and local meat butchery.

At Făgăraș Fest, lady chef Elena Daniela Graura and her team build an outdoor kitchen in the middle of the natural woods, where you will learn how to identify, gather and cook the finest wild and fresh ingredients that the Făgăraș Mountains have to offer.

There are 2 classes to choose from so please make sure you know which one you would like to attend before booking.

The workshop take place between 2-4pm immediately followed by a wild cocktail produced from foraged ingredients.
