Roadele Munților Făgăraș Refreshes Its Visual Identity and Commitment to Nature and Communities

Roadele Munților Făgăraș, an integrator of natural products and services from producers around the Făgăraș Mountains, today unveils a completely new visual identity that reflects the evolution and maturity of this important project for local communities. The rebranding emphasises the ongoing commitment to protecting nature and supporting communities, in line with the values of Foundation Conservation Carpathia, which supports and promotes this initiative.

The brand’s new visual identity highlights the deep connection between the nature of the Făgăraș Mountains, the producers, and the authentic products offered to consumers. This rebranding process represents a significant shift, both in terms of visual perception and the core values of the brand, now placing greater emphasis on social responsibility, fair trade, and biodiversity conservation.

Supporting Small Local Producers

Roadele Munților Făgăraș brings together over 40 local producers and offers a wide range of traditional products – from jams and vegetable spreads to syrups and preserves. With a turnover of €95,000 in 2024, the project continues to grow, aiming to become a sustainable long-term economic alternative for local producers. While these producers are passionate about their traditions and high-quality products, they face challenges in promotion and distribution. Roadele Munților Făgăraș aims to support these small businesses through an extensive distribution and marketing network, bringing their products to consumers across the country.

Logo and Symbolism

The Roadele Munților Făgăraș logo now features two hemispheres symbolising the connection between the region’s produce and the local farming community. The intersecting elements suggest a balance between nature and people, underlining the crucial role of collaboration between communities and natural resources. The font used in the logo is simple, strong, and clear, conveying seriousness and trust, while the colour palette, inspired by the natural hues of the Făgăraș Mountains, evokes authenticity and sustainability.

Sustainability and Fair Trade

The slogan ‘Fair trading. Fair living.’ reflects the fundamental principles of the brand, promoting fair trade and fair living conditions for small local producers. Through Roadele Munților Făgăraș, Foundation Conservation Carpathia supports not only small regional businesses but also the development of a green and sustainable economy that brings long-term benefits to both nature and people.
